Brew & Co. began with a simple belief: specialty coffee is an art of patience, precise temperature and heartfelt hospitality.
A neighbourhood roastery with a global palate
From high-altitude estates to a walnut-lined room opposite the Trisulia Bus Stop, every step is handled with care.
We roast in small batches, cup every lot, and train our baristas to dial in grind, water and ratio hourly. The result is a cup that is consistent, expressive and honest about where it came from.

Sourced with respect
We buy direct from high-altitude estates in Chikmagalur, Araku Valley and Sidamo, paying above-market prices for lots that score 88+ on the Q-grade scale.
02 · The Roast
Small batches, roasted in-house
Every batch is profiled, cupped and logged before it reaches the bar, so the espresso you drink on Tuesday tastes like the one you loved on Sunday.

A sanctuary, not a stopover

Our bakers fold cardamom, jaggery and Chenna into laminated doughs and tea cakes, a small love letter to the region we call home.
